how to get divorce in this case

A false nullity case was filed against me. Now that I have given strong evidences which proves all of accusation as false, other party have approached us for compromise. Since the nullification case was very insulting I don't intend to continue the relation. They are also ready for divorce. My question is how should I go for divorce: Should they withdraw the case and we should apply for mutual divorce?

Sir, Go for mutual divorce with a condition that they withdraw the case and they go settle the matter out of court .... Warm Regards Kapil Chandna Advocate 9899011450

Thank you for your advice. They are telling to inform judge that we are ready for divorce and by doing so nullity will be converted to mutual divorce and divorce will be granted without 6months waiting period. I'm skeptical about this option.
