How to get duplicate copy of lost community certificate

I lost my community certificate. I obtained it in Vellore district and now settled in Madur district. where and how to apply?

1. Apply again to district Tahsil /Magistrate office with all relevant documentary evidences.

It is common sense that those copies and duplicates are available in the same office from where you have obtained the original.

You should obtain the same only at Vellore.
