HI,
I wish to know the process of getting "records/information about past hearings of my property case for last 3 years". The case is going on at "taluka level court".
For past year my advocate has been extending dates for hearing without informing us about reason to do so.
Sometime when I call him, he will suddenly tell you have to come next week. then I would tell is not possible, please give some more buffer time to plan. Then he will take dates for next hearing as per his suitability....next he will say -- no don;t come for xyz reason, its going on lke this....."
Does all this impact the my case result or performance.
Is there any way I can directly talk to the concerned "Court Judge" for my case to understand if someting is going wrong...
