I am the petitioner in my divorce case and my cross examination is coming up first. What do I need to remember when I go into the cubicle on the D day? What should I specifically do, and what should I specifically avoid?
Please advise

I think you must have engaged a lawyer, this is not the query to be asked in this forum..your lawyer should give you instructions as to what is to be done in cross examination....well if you are true person...you have not told any lies....you need not worry

Dear Dino
cross examination is based on the facts & allegations or main examination in chief.
if you are able to understand all the consequences of the cross examination then appear yourself otherwise appear with your lawyer.
