How to handover things to wife!

Two ways to do it;

First – If there is a Women’s cell in present city then go there with list of her clothing’s and tell Station head to help you in handing them over to yoru wife. She will refuse, come out of the Office and call # 100 and say the same thing and request for help. A PCR will come in 30 minutes there to sort your matter. At the end if your wife / her father does not come there then return back with her clothing’s’ and shoot an RTI for # 100 call details including CD of call transcriptts. That will save you in future if some of her clothing’s were from Armani or Prada and least she fires IPC section claiming flea market stuffs to be now designer labels just for better returns from your marriage gifts later J

Second – Do same thing at a Police Station in her Jurisdiction if no Women’s cell in present city.

So far as claiming desertion later is concerned how can one do it when you yourself did not inform her of your transfer to another city and in absence of her refusal by letter and spirit?

Coming to return back of your articles it goes like this; file a complaint in your police station that wife stole such and such list of articles from matrimonial home and you want them back. Now see the Newton’s Law in a mirror J

Summing up my limited thinking on this post says why return them that also women’s clothing’s when she is not asking them or have not threatened you to return them turning them into designer labels in any of her complaints or as per this post no case probably between parties and same goes for return of your articles too from her nest when you donot wish to file currently any case upon her!

Regarding your last paragraph - I am not returning the clothes on voluntary basis. A month ago, she had sent her father & brother to my area police station asking for her clothes & kids clothes . At that time, I refused to handover stating that she should come in person to collect as I do not know where she has kept the wardrobe key.  

After that they did not come again  for the clothes. But, now i have found the key and want to handover. Instead of going to Women's police station or to her jurisdiction police station, shall I approach my local police station to return the clothes as my wife had already approached them return of her clothes?

regarding shifting to another city - I had already sent two registered letters informing about my shifting to another city. but she did not receive the letters. In this situation, can I give an application in my local police station that I am shifting to another city.  Will this help me in desertion ground?
