Better to file the petition through lawyers only.

though law provides for "party-in-person" proceedings, it is advised that u engage the services of a counsel who is well versed in trial proceedings, because, cpc 1908, though seems simple to study, it is complex when it comes to practicality. had it been consumer proceedings it is simple in nature and u could have appered in person.
