A very good evening to all the intellectuals in this forum. I would like to bring before you a scenario to which I do not know how to proceed.
One of my friend(say Rajashekar) gave his two wheeler to one of his friends(say Omkaar). Now Omkaar who took Rajashekar's scooty gave the vehicle to his sister for learning how to drive. Rajashekar is unaware of this. Accident happened and the vehicle is heavily damaged. The cost for repairing the vehicle was estimated to 10000 rupees. As Omkaar and his sister were students the same issue was reported to his father who is working as Reserve Inspector locally. He is saying that he can give only 2000 rupees as compensation for the damages happened.
Now my friend is in a confused state. From this I has a question to get clarified
1. Under what section can we file a case against them to get the money back (This is just to threaten them. If we are strong with sections and other related stuff then they will atleast come to 70% of the amount ).
