How to prove desertion and cruelty in divorce case

How to proceed proper way in desertion and cruelty case if wife is living seprately last 9 years. We have no child and wife lived with me only 2 years.

She is having mental issues too for which she was taking medicine for last 20 years.

sir file a case and procore all her medical certificate you have clear cut grownd of desertion just file a case with all the appropriate documents.

Intentional withdrawal coupled with desertion on mental instability shall be the strong grounds, if you fail to prove the same with strong evidence, you will be at fault
