How to save from dv ?

No need to worry for false 498a,dv as they can be your benefits in future.but before that get AB at anycost .If you have not done anything wrong and she doesn't have any evidences against you then be relaxed .Go in your mothers in law's bar have a rimy martin cocktail there,talk very politely to your MIL and ask what she wants? record that conversation and keep it safe and do the following things:

1. Keep in touch with your wife try to reconcile her(for sake of your child) and start recording all things.

2. Know her A/C and deposit some amount for your child and her if she is not working at regular intervals.

3. Now play it safe,as you have filled RCR as your intention is to live with her,then go accordingly with your RCR and points what you have mentioned in it.

4. Give a NCR to the nearest ploice station stating that she has left you and had taken evrything of her.(attach it with RCR)

5. Meanwhile transfer all your hefty accounts balance for the sake of your child as policy and you have to show these your expences afterwards during the time of maintenanace.

6. Wait for her to file DV cases and mainetnace cases(before that you have to collect all  ingredients ready to deflame them).

7. Be a constant reader of LCI querries regarding mainetnance and child custody and divorce.

8. Don't loose pateince as all the false cases that she will put will bounce back on her for getting you divorce easily from you if things don't work after all your attempts to call her back.
