My father had a filed a criminal case against my wife and in-laws u/s 315,120-B and 506 I.P.C. Summons were issued by the court. Now they have gone for criminal revision in Session Court. Here their lawyer is adopting the delaying tactics. My father is opposing their revision petition though a legal counsel. Should we move an application before sessions court for speedy disposal of this case or should we move HC u/s 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions from HC for sessions court to speedily dispose this petition of theirs? Kindly advise.
