How to tackle Relliance Energy high bills?

1) Eralier we got Reliance Energy Bills showing zero consumptiion;

2) We brought to notice of Reliance Energy that your Meter is showing wrong reading;

3) Now they have installed one more tampered meter which is showing very high consumption;

4) Our consumption is not so much

5) Their customer care is sending replies to our emails and letters;

6) What is the way out.

REGARDING FAULTY METER KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1YOU MAY SEND A COMPLAINT TO THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES AND KEEP ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE SAME..

2.YOU MAY APPLY TO DIST CONSUMER COURT FOR THE PROBLEM AND CLAIM ALL REFUND OF EXCESS BILLS AS FAULTY METER AND ALSO PRAY FOR COMPENSATION AND COST FOR DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE. AND LEGAL AND OTHER EXPS.

3 THIS WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AND WILL COST YOU LESS AS COMPARED TO OTHER REMEDIES.

YOU MAY WRITE OR CALL FOR ANY FURTHER HELP.

THANKS .

serve them with a notice and make a complaint to the regulator as well...if no action is taken then move to consumer forum.

the out of court settlement is always better.
