how to tackle with 269,337,338

Hi all, 5 days ago I met with an accident . I was driving a three wheeler tempo ,suddently a cow came running in my front and I tried to save the cow and I got unbalanced ,my tempo slipped. Two of all passenger got a very simple hurt. Then I admitted them to hospital. Petrolling police went to meet them and filled FIR . Both the passenger got discharged from the hospital same day. Now I don't know how to proceed?plz tell me the procedure and suggestion to tackle down with this case.

First do not be over disturbed if you are having a valid driving license and third party insurance clause. Search the area and find out the CCTV cameras if any in surrounding areas, and seek that footage under RTI Act, as it helps you to establish that you are carefully driving the vehicle.

Some bad times can not be avoided even though you are vigilant and such things happen out of our misfortune. Do not worry unnecessarily and keep prepared all the evidence ready.
