How to vacate ex-wife from house?

dear members, i have obtained divorce decree 10 months back. however, unable to vacate ex-wife from my parents house. police is not taking action on this either. how to evict her in short period?
1. should my parents go to high level of police person SP/DSP and file complaint?
2. is filing civil suit is good option? how long this case will take? my parents are afraid of giving original deed papers to the court.
thanks everyone.

Ask your parentes to Go for permanent injunction.  If you are staying with them even now, vacate the house and go stay in some friends room.  The moment you are out ask your parents to approach HC for taking permanent injunction.

Court matters take lot of time, till such time matter is pending in court, you cant do anythihg.

All this requires guts.  Your parents can simply throw her out if it is self earned property but if it is ancestral property she can stay there.  Only option then will be taking permanent injunction.

Ask your parents to file civil petition for eviction. Your parents can also file police complaint for forceful occupation and for harassment, if any.
