Hrc (eviction) does it require originals?

Recently, My tenant had filed a lawsuit against me that I am trying to throw him out and he has got a temporary injunction. I am filing an Eviction Suit against him. I wanted to find out if the Registrar would need "Originals of Khata & Khata Extract" for accepting the Suit? Please confirm and also do let me know what documents are required to be furnished either as a copy/original and how much would the court fees cost. Thanks in Advance

at the time of filing suit you do not require originals . in case you file suit aand tenant requires inspection of documents you produce same . at the time of trail you file original documents .

the court fees would depend upon your claim in suit
