My parents passed away last year and left HUF property. There are six partners in it including my parents. They are not alive any more so it will go four ways. My brother lives in that property. He asked us to sign off that flat to him and we denied him. He was telling us that his son will sell it in thirty years from now without our signature or our kids signature.
1 Can any one tell me PLEASE if he can sell it in thirty years without my kids or grand kids signature?
I really dont want the flat to go to my brother's kids or his grand kids. Believe me there is a valid reason for this which I dont want to mention here
