SO that you dont fall and end up in trouble the way many did all these replies. Your husband is smart and has smarter lawyer. Sadly women have to hurry when it comes to matrimonial disputes, eggs are limited hence you need to move fast. Dont get stuck with alimony issues and waste your life in court halls. Time and tide wait for none.

Dear Querist
immediately file a complaint against him before the magistrate Under section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act-2005 read with section 18,19,20,21 & 22 of the Act and claim protection, right to residence, maintenance, child custody if any and compensation.
in this complaint you may also claim a restrain order against him for not dispossing the properties/sharehousehold or matrimonial home where you are or were residing before filing the complaint.
Apart from the above mention complaint you may file a civil suit for injunction against him before family court along with an application for temporary Injunction Under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of CPC.
