i have query regarding how to sale coparceners share in HUF property without consent of other Coparceners before partition, because other coparceners are not giving consent to sale .
is there any provision or way which empowers the Coparcener to sale his share in HUF property because now he has built his house on his shared property he has obtained electricity bill, water bill, and most important his name is mentioned on the survey no. of khasra khatauni(7/12 extract) on which he has built his house. the property is in uttarakhand.
