I am co-applicant can my husband sell property without my co

my husband has filed for divorce and we own a house and i am co-applicant in home loan but EMI is paid only by him...the house is under his name only... can my husband sell the property without my concern...he has my pan card so can he forge sign for selling my co owned property.

AS A CO APPLICANT WILL I BE INFORMED IF THE HOUSE GET SALE OUT WITHOUT MY CONCERN. 

DO I HAVE A SHARE IN HIS OWNED PROPERTY AS A WIFE???

As the property is purchased in ur husband's name and not in joint names, you will not have any rights in it. Your joining the loan application does not confer any rights on u  in the property. The fact that the EMIs are paid by him only  also goes against ur claim.

As u said u r wife u can claim residence under hindu marriage act and furthher u give notice of lis pendense to registrar to inform u in case of sale.
