You want to become an honest judge. All judges are honest. I suggest you to visit the Bombay High Court Official site. See the profile of Justice V.K.Tahilaramani. As far as possible follow her footsteps. If not a High Court Judge, You will atleast end somewhere nearby. In short - degree- Post Grad.- Lecturer in Law College- Government Pleader in Sessions Court- Then High Court Government Pleader- Judge. You pursue knowledge. Automatically you will be honest. Leave your needs to the minimum. Other persons will not decide your worth [ by the things you have or do not have.]
