Hallo everybody!
My friend is running a restaurant.Having said that the place of the restaurant is a shop.He have a extra place in front of his shop.with some arrangement with the owner of the building a declaration was signed saying he was permitted to put a temporary shed.Now with the jealousy of the neighbouring shop there is a complain on the same.The authorities are saying to remove the shed.I want to know what is the procedure is my friend have any chance of saving the said shed .if so please reply?
