I have not read over your previous query on this subject so I intend to reply.

You have not mentioned whether a separation has taken place or you both are married without having such information, the reply shall be based upon surmises and conjectures which shall not for your use.

if you have photos and bills file a criminal complaint and also you can go for civil recovery.
