Dear All H'ble Lawyers,
Its about my friend's problem. She is working girl at Ahmadabad. With another girl she took a flat on rent basis but due to some health problem she was unable to shift herself over there. But, as per agreement she paid Rs. 10000 /- as Deposit (refundable) to owner through A Broker.
Now she is unable to shift with aforesaid girl & thus asking for refundable deposit but that other girl refused to return this amount. The owner received his amount so he don't want to involve in this matter and said do at your level.
The agreement which was made by owner include my friend's name & that girls name only. The recently that other girl managed to share particular flat with other girls on sharing rental without giving single rupee return to my friend & not even to Flat Owner.
So, please reply what she can do to get her refundable amount back ??????
Please reply she need to know legal solution for this situation.
