I want to change mother name in my son LC & birth certific

I want to correct mother name in my son school leaving certificate & birth certificate as wrong name written at that time ,do wt is procedure for that

For CBSE board, refer to examination Bye-laws 1995.

When did you clear 10th?

Why couldn't you rectify the error till now?

Did you give the correct name and the error occured on account of mistake by CBSE?
