If a wife claim maintanence in 125 and sec 24 of divorce

I have seen cases where she not only applies under stated Act/Code but even under DV Act as well as under HAMA Act too (i.e. 4 maintenance cases a victim husband faces if his metro wife is smart!). 

However Civil court maintenance is considered as final and other maintenance awarded under other Code/Act are/is set-off by submitting Certified Copy of Civil Court order.
