If i prove my wife got mental disorder

1) If i can prove that my wife has got mental disorder before marriage can i file case divorce & without paying maintanace ?

2) if my wife applied for maiantace can i oppose it by : that she is mentally retired candidate before marriage and i am been cheated by not informing the truth . Now with her torture i am distubed medically . so i cannot pay any maiantacen inturn they have to pay compensation for ruining my life .

above are the 2 question . pls advice . Thanks in advance

First of all let us know when u got married and when u came to know about her mental desease and Can you proof it in the court.
