My question is can any one can do my signatures on Panchanama, inventory details, surrender letters on behalf of me when my car was seized by sbi @ barrower place. I will be thankful weather if prove that it is illegal, immorally, dishonest. Awaiting for your valuable reply all. Thank you

Generically speaking; the person duly authorized by you by valid authorization may sign on your behalf on a document (forget about said document as in query for time being since you are alleging fraud).
Your signatures cannot be placed by anyone or you can agiatate if your signatures are forged.
As suggested above you may lodge complaint/FIR.
