once around 3 years ago i have been arrested due to liquor consumption at an illegal bar.my name was enlisted with details in police register and i was in their custody for 2hrs. then i was released on bail.but at out side of the police station the sub inspector has taken 350rs frm me as he was known to my friend(he was also with me in police custody). from then i didn't got any massage from their side.the police station is outside my home town . now my query is,why the si taken 350rs from me as i asked nothing that time as i was very much tensed that time? & am i now eligible to get a govt service?. please help sir.
