Dear Mr.Sandeep EVEN YOUR WIFE IS READY FOR MUTUAL DIVORCE FROM YOU, IT WOULD ATLEAST TAKE 6 MONTHS, DUE TO LATEST JUDGEMENT OF THE SUPREME COURT, THE MANDATORY PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS COULD NOT BE CONDONED BY THE CONCERNED COURT. HENCE THERE IS NO WAY TO GOT THE IMMEDIATE DECREE OF DIVORCE FROM THE COURT OF LAW. I ADVICE, IF CIRCUMSTANCES IS BEYOND COMNTROL THEN YOU CAN PROCEEED WITH THE JUDICIAL SEPARATION PROCEEDINGS U/S 10 OF HMA.fOR ANY OTHER QUERY LET ME KNOW ON MY CELL NO.9212046428, 9582547570 OR MY EMAIL ID advocatemusabbir@gmail.com
