We are pensioners of an autonomous oraganization under governemnt of India wherein existing emplyees are getting benefits of 7the CPC whereas we pensiners are denied that Ministry of Finance has not issued any order to extend the same benefits to pensioners of autonomous organization but it emphasised that the respective Financial Advisors justifiy the case where 20/30 per cent of sources should be generated by the said autonomus organization or it can be condoned since Finance Ministry cannot extend the said benefits which burdens its exchquer. However, pensioners of some of the organization of different organizations have been extented the benefits of the 7th CPC while our Ministry has not extended to any autonomous organization. Please advise whether we can file the case in the court or what we should do. The legal luminaries may kindly suggest as to what step can be taken.
