I am Abdur Razique representing a company named SiliconDare Technologies Co. (P). Ltd, currently we create and sell digital products and now we are in search of sompe physical products which we got at China & Taiwan. We have submitted the form for IEC (Importer Exporter Code) at the portal of https://dgft.gov.in.
I only wanted to know, do i need some more legal documentation to import products from my specified countries or is it enough. I want to complete all the legal procedures which comes under the Indian rules and regulations.
If yes, please refer me the form or links from where i can apply for it.
