Importance of society name in sale deed

Hello,

i have recently bought and got registered a unit in an under construction residential society, directly from the builder. In the sale deed, the name of the said building was:

1) "River heights" on main page (the first page with stamp paper)

2) "Landcraft River Heights" on other pages of the document. (here Landcraft is the developer's name).

While registering, i objected to this discrepancy, to this the builder's lawyer then put "Landcraft" before "River heights" on the first page also. so now everywhere it is "Landcraft River Heights".

But later i found that the actual name of building should have been "River Heights" (from allotment letter).

Does this needs correction?

or should it be fine as long as name name "Landcraft River Heights"  unambiguously identifies the building in that area plus other details of the unit like flat no, tower no. plot no., khasra no. etc details are correct?

Please advise.

If there is no ambiguity to its actual identity there is no problem.
