Hello Everyone,
Hey I am not much aware about law, but today one question came in my mind, that if my husband gives me notice for divorce and i am not interested for giving him divorce than what can be happen????
How i can request court that i don't want to have divorce with my husband
As my Husband does not have any vaild point for divorce as of now
Hope to get response from all respected person in this forum

In that case - your husband would have to strictly prove the ground on which he is asking divorce by evidences.

It would be contested divorce, where in you can take your stand why divorce shouldnt be granted.
