A case U/s 138 NI has been filed by the complainant stating certain facts and putting certain documents/witnesses on record.
He has filed his statement by the way of an affidavit.
The Cross of the Accussed has taken place and he has filed his reply.
NOW, can the complainant file new documents/change certain facts of the case to his advantage?? Will it be permissible or will it be an unfair suprise??
Any insight into this will be appreciated.
