I am doing my PhD in mgmt from ism dhanbad. I regd in 2012 and at the time of admission no hard and fast rule rgdg publishing in quality int'l journal was either mentioned verbally or in writing as a mandatory requirement. Now the instt says that publishing in premium int'l journal is mandatory fr being awarded PhD by ism. That is being mentioned as a retrospective effect from April 2011. At the time of admission, the clauses were different than what is being mentioned now after spending so much time effort and money on my PhD for the sake of a prospective teaching career. Can the instt nt b taken to court for jeopardising the careers of hundreds of part time PhD students like me?

Hi what bothers you in publishing your work in premium institution? ?. Why aren't you competent in the area of PhD you can't take your institution to the court unless they are unethically directing.
