What if the respondent’s address is given incorrectly by complainant while filing 498A and CrPC 125? How will respondent come to know of court notices in such case? Will the CrPC 125 be decided ex-parte?

Complainant need to give correct address.
If complainant not present then it can't be decided ex-partee.
