Dear Ram,
Indian Divorce act (Amendment) Bill-2001 is not a Bill now ; it is an Act.
In India there are various personal laws for various religions ie for Hindus it is Hindu Marriage Act; for Christians it is Indian Divorce Act etc.

Now you tell me that "one" who is looking for divorce is governing by which religion?
