I want to pull two documents,
1. At time of marriage registration my wife has given an affidavit that the marriage is dowryless
2. After marriage while applying for passport she has given an affidavit that as my husband travels a lot, I stay at my parents house most of the time so address should be same as her parents home for her passport.
Please help that where do I need to apply for RTI for pulling these two affidavits, also I need to know the format of RTI. I have copy of marriage certificate and copy of passport .
