Inheritance

hi,my sister want to renounce her share in our fathers estate.Wht  legal documents need to be prepared and signed  for this purpose.After this will her heirs be able to claim her share,if so wht is the remedy

Dear Ben,

 your sister can sign a registered relinquishment deed on the property. If she receives money consideration on the value of the property , future heirs would find it difficult to question  it before courts. Evenotherwise, generally property devolving on her assumes an absolute character and she is free to do whatever she wishes to with that property.
