INJECTION

I HAVE A FLAT WHICH HAS BEEN UNDER POSITION OF MY EX-WIFE WITH MY 2 DAUGHTERS AND I AM STAYING OUTSIDE. MY DIVORCE CASE HAS BEEN IN PROGRESS. THAT PROPERTY IS UNDER HOUSING LOAN. I AM UNABLE TO PAY THE EMI WITH MY ALL EXPENSES. SO I AM DECIDED TO SELL THAT FLAT.  ALSO I PUT A CAVIATE IN CITY CIVIL COURT.

 

SHE HAS TRIED INJECTION ORDER IN FAMILY COURT, BUT NO ORDER HAS BEEN PASSED. ONLY NOTICE HAS BEEN SERVED TO ME FOR HEARING WITH PETITION COPY.

 

MY DOUBUT IS ...

--   ANY POSSIBILITY TO GET INJECTION ORDER IN HIGH COURT TO BLOCK MY SALES OF THAT FLAT. ( CAVIATE IS IN CITY CIVIL COURT CHENNAI)

-- ANY POSSIBILITY TO STOP MY SALES LEGALY IS THEIR.

 

PROPERTY IS IN MY NAME (100%) ONLY, AND I AM THE LOAN REPAYER STILL 100%

the court may order to injunction, on same time you may explained your problem to the court as affidavit.
