Injection order

Hi All,

Our tenant filed a civil case against us and temporary injection order was issued for 6 months and we have received the injection order through court summon. If the injection is extended, will we get any court summon like we get it before? If we are not getting any order/summon from the court, can we consider the injection order is closed/not extended further?  How can we know whether the injection order still exists on the premises? Our lawyer doesn't want to attend our case further and we can't ask him to check the status. Kindly suggest me how we can get to know the status?

Thanks in Advance!!!

You have received summons along with order of Injunction then you are required to appear in case and also to contest the case. Court will not sent any summon. Is it to be seen that plaintiff has followed prescribed rule of service of Injunction or not. If plaintiff has not followed the rule then stay shall stand vacated. Sidharth 9811776422
