Injuction order

Hi, m ramesh i have 4 acres land and survey also done by government. But now my neighbour made a 35 feet road on agricultural land by demolishing plants and crops. He is telling m using this road from last 50years but I need to close this road with police protection as the neighbour is strong. They is a government road next to my land which connects neighbour land directly. Can u please suggest me how to get injection order soon to protect my crops and land from neighbour.

Hire and able lawyer and file a suit. Narrate all these facts in the matter. Also claim the interim relief in the suit.

Yes, if that area is coming under you then you can file temp. injection and protect your crops
