Inlaws moved to unknown location

Hi,

I filed a case for visitation rights to meet my 3 year old daughter but came to know that summons could not be served as my inlaws have moved to some unknown location. I personally tried (made efforts like enquiring neighbours, calling on mobile etc etc.) to find out their new location but could not get the new address. My wife has filed false cases (498A, 406, 125) on me which I am fighting for the last 1 year.

Please advise me what should be my next move.

  • Shall I file for Habeas Corpus and put the injunction order for not taking my kid out of India (she had a plan to go to UK)?
  • Or shall I file a kidnapping FIR in her local PS (Let the police find the new address)?
  • Or both?

Please advise.

you cannot file any of the above. plz consult any local lawyer of the locality where the girl resides or where you want to pursue your case.

Regards
