SRI BINDU 10 April 2018
Marriage is a legal right of the persons who have attained 21 years for boy and 18 years for girl, irrespective of religion.Hence, for marriage the intention of boy and girl are important than that of the parents.
If you marry the person you shgall automatically become the caste to which your husband shall belong.
Hence I deem there is no need to change caste separatley.

Caste cannot be changed..
If both are at marriage age per provisions of law then they can marry…
However IT shall be better to settle down in life and be financially independent marry with consent of parents..
Try to convince the parents…

You cannot change caste. Even after marriage your caste will be the same.

In India caste of person is by birth and it cannot change during the lifetime. To change the caste one has to get reborn with new caste if that is at all practically possible, otherwise legally it is not possible. Anyone promissing you to get caste changed is a fake and fraud person and can't be a lawyer/advocate.
