I Apllied loan in Jan, Sanctioned in Feb,Cheq was handed over to me in April 25th,recently bank is demanding for interest from February,they tell that "loan cheque was ready in feb,ur documents were not clear & we charge interest from Cheque cut date"-should i pay the interest from FEB-April

NO SANTOSH , U SHOULD NOT , BUT AS PER THE PRACTICE ALL THE BANK DO THE SAME ..............BUT ITS AGAINST JUSTICE AND U CAN DENY .........

Bank inform u first then they charge of Interest.
