Interim bail in 498a

My husband has been granted Interim bail on wrong basis under section 498A, 504, 506,323, 3/4 .He was absconding for last 8 months. I got him arrested by police, infront of media, and lots of people and case diary says the same but somehow his Lawyer manipulated Arresting into surrender. And session court granted him bail on the same basis.

Can I object for the same.??? Can it be cancelled and an action can be taken against the same.???

Move on with trial. If you have solid evidences prove this during trial 7 yes of jail for your husband and family. If not ready to face sec 340 of IPC giving back from your husband if he is found innocent.
