My wife filed DV case against me and my parents. She share her liabilities and assets in court. She share her fake salary, fake statement and said she does not have own property but I know she has own flat. She said she wants to live with me and I am taking her to my house. Actually she also not interested to continue this relationship, so that's why I filed divorce case then she come with 498A and DV case for money.
I have her salary slip, currently her monthly income is 75K. She also have own flat and she mentioned it in her reply when I send her one to one mutual divorce notice from Advocate but now In court she mentioned No. I also have her form 12B of company where she mentioned stamp and registration duty under section 80C.
In this scenario, Will court give maintenance order to me ?
