Interim maintenance petition

My wife who is a post graduate has filed CRPC125 , and another petition for interim maintenance petition. I filed counter for CRPC 125. I'm jobless due mental tension and torture by wife. Next week interim maintenance petition is coming for hearing, can I file counter for interim maintenance petition also or can I produce her education qualifications and past employment history with salary certificates and argue. I'm appearing as party in person. Thanks in advance for your kind advice

You can state in interim maintenance petition filled by your wife that presently you are jobless and in unstable state of mind so currently unfit for job you need some time to settle on ground.

You can show your qualification and previous job details.

If stile court grant some maintenance to her and if you dnt pay then you could be behind bars in worst scenario.

You need to file a counter even in the Interim maintenance petition.
