Honorable family court passed interim maintenance order in favors of wife Rs.7500/ per month as on june 2014 on basis of salary slip of Rs.33500/- as on april 2013 but he is not paying and going to high court for deduction .Now His salary is 48750/- / now what can i do ,pls help us.thanks
