Internal changes without touching RCC etc

I will be moving in as a tenant in a redeveloped building in Mumbai.

It's size of a studio apartment but not Vastu compliant so I will have to make little internal changes for furnishings which won't touch RCC work.

The land Lord is non social and goonda type so won't give any permission but in the Alternate Permanent Accommodation Agreement it's mentioned I can do above kind of changes.

What's the experts opinion on this? TIA

Basically ytou are a tenant in that apartment, hence you cannot claim it as a right to make alterations to the internal structure even though you may not disturb the original structure.

You may obtain permission from the owner , if he permits you can proceed.

It is better to seek consent of landlord before making any alteration.

Vastu compliance is beyond the reach of law!
