One more thing, as you had mentioned in one of your posts, it's only India, where the law without understanding puts Men behind the bars. I have a point here ( not for head less illogical people though ), India is a country where Gender Biasness starts at the foetus level. There are many wives who become the prey to Domestic Violence and die. Dead people can't register any complaint. However, that does not mean wrong things are not happening. I am pretty sure, Men who are genuinely victim to 498a/false DV acts would not deny these facts. Moreover 498a/ false DV does not take away someone's life. However a real DV WOULD TAKE SOME PARENT'S DAUGHTER CHILD. Anyways, please carry on. You would get lots of support in throwing stones, although the choice is completely your,s.

Dead people can't register complaint  rightly said as 98 % false cases from greedy wife who are not dead. But trying to make their husband to get suicide.

So, staistics says as under:

 98% husband are indirectly involved for the suicide by 2 % of genine lady.

whereas 2% of wife are indirectly involved for suicde by 98% of genuine husband.

 

By above statistics a well illiterate person can also say that what's going in India.

So,mam just brush your general knowledge as how many among 98% families are forced for suicide by their wives indirectly,as dead person can't register complaints so you may be not aware.

 That is a common human mentality. Nobody would say : "I am guilty".

Hence, in the court all will say, that they are not guilty. Even if they have asked for dowry, they will keep on saying that they have not. Nobody invites troubles for them. Moreover, it's not only about money, it's also about mental tortures which has been clearly mentioned as part of 498a.

98% of 498a are false : and this is mentioned in GK ... Indeed, I would suggest, please share the google link or the news paper article that says so.

Although, I personally have not studied 498a, and besides being wrongly and forcefully deserted by my husband, have blankly only waited for him to come back ( if needed please go through my posts ), however, I quitely believe and also read somewhere that the above statistics are not only consisting of FALSE CASES, but the cases which are suppressed by giving-taking money.

Please let me understand : IF ONE IS NOT GUILTY, WHY SHOULD HE GO SUPPRESSING THE CASE BY GIVING/TAKING MONEY. WHY NOT FIGHT FOR IT ? THAT SUPPRESSION( by giving/taking money) HOWEVER CAN'T PROVE THE CASE TO BE FALSE.

My understanding says : a 498a is declared FALSE, only when the lady is not able to prove all her allegations or the man is able to disprove all the allegations. If one is TRUE to himself/herself to dar kis baat ki ? Apni ladai khullke ladni chahiye. After all craving for JUSTICE should be the final thinking.

PLEASE DO FIGHT FOR YOUR JUSTICE....AND THEN MAKE THE STATISTICS...DO NOT GIVE UP AND JOIN THE MASS IN MAKING ABRUPT FALSE STATEMENTS...GOD IS ALWAYS WITH THE TRUE PEOPLE....
